1.iTalkuTalk

2.<span class="fgC1 bgC">Elsa Speak</span>
</div>

3.<span class="fgC1 bgC">Business English Pod</span>

4.<span class="fgC1 bgC">VoiceTube Dictionary</span>

1. Forgive me, but...
Forgive me, but I think you’re making a mistake here.
2. I'm sorry to say that...
I'm sorry to say that you have failed the exam.
3. I'm not so sure...

I'm sorry to say that you have failed the exam.
3. I'm not so sure...
I'm not so sure you've got all the facts.
4. I'm afraid that...
I'm afraid that this plan is not good enough.
You should…、 You would be better off…
5. It wouldn’t do any harm...
It wouldn't do any harm trying to learn more skills.
6. Please don't blame me...
<div class="long_string">例:If I were you, I wouldn’t accept that job. Please don't blame me if it all goes wrong.

Congratulations to you, to your family,
to your friends that are attending today's ceremony.
You made it.
It's a privilege, a rare privilege of a lifetime
to be with you today.
And I can't thank you enough for making me an honorary Colonel.
[applause]
Before I begin today,
they asked me to make a standard announcement.
You've heard this before,
about silencing your phones.
[laughter]
So those of you with an iPhone,
just place it in silent mode.
If you don't have an iPhone,
please pass it to the center aisle.
[laughter]

[laughter]
[applause]
You know, this is really an amazing place.
And for a lot of you, I'm sure that being here in Washington,
the very center of our democracy,
was a big draw when you were choosing which school to go to.
This place has a powerful pull.
It was here that Dr. Martin Luther King
challenged Americans to make real
the promises of democracy,
to make justice a reality for all of God's children.
And it was here
that President Ronald Reagan called on us
to believe in ourselves
and to believe in our capacity to perform great deeds.
I'd like to start this morning
by telling you about my first visit here.
In the summer of 1977, yes, I'm a little old,
I was 16 years old and living in Robertsdale,
the small town in southern Alabama that I grew up in.
At the end of my junior year of high school,
I'd won an essay contest
sponsored by the National Rural Electric Association.
I can't remember what that essay was about.
But what I do remember very clearly
is writing it by hand, draft after draft after draft.
Typewriters were very expensive,
and my family could not afford one.
I was one of two kids from Baldwin County
that was chosen to go to Washington
along with hundreds of other kids across the country.
Before we left, the Alabama delegation
took a trip to our state capitol in Montgomery
for a meeting with the governor.
The governor's name was George C. Wallace,
the same George Wallace who, in 1963,
stood in the schoolhouse door at the University of Alabama
to block African-Americans from enrolling.
Wallace embraced the evils of segregation.
He pitted whites against blacks, the South against the North,
the working class against the so-called elites.
Meeting my governor was not an honor for me.
My heroes in life were Dr. Martin Luther King
and Robert F. Kennedy, who had fought
against the very things that Wallace stood for.
Keep in mind that I grew up or when I grew up,
I grew up in a place where King and Kennedy
were not exactly held in high esteem.
When I was a kid, the South was still coming to grips
with its history.
My textbooks even said
the Civil War was about states' rights.
They barely mentioned slavery.
So I had to figure out for myself
what was right and true.
It was a search.
It was a process.
It drew on the moral sense that I'd learned from my parents
and in church and in my own heart
and led me on my own journey of discovery.
I found books in the public library
that they probably didn't know they had.
They all pointed to the fact that Wallace was wrong,
that injustices like segregation have no place in our world,
that equality is a right.
[cheers and applause]
As I said, I was only 16 when I met Governor Wallace,
so I shook his hand as we were expected to do.
But shaking his hand felt like a betrayal of my own beliefs.
It felt wrong,
like I was selling a piece of my soul.
From Montgomery, we flew to Washington.
It was the first time I had ever been on an airplane.
In fact, it was the first time
I'd ever traveled out of the South.
On June 15, 1977, I was one of 900 high schoolers
greeted by the new president, President Jimmy Carter,
on the south lawn of the White House,
right there on the other side of the ellipse.
I was one of the lucky ones who got to shake his hand.
Carter saw "Baldwin County" on my name tag that day
and stopped to speak with me.
He wanted to know how people were doing
after the rash of storms that had struck Alabama that year.
Carter was kind and compassionate.
He held the most powerful job in the world,
but he had not sacrificed any of his humanity.
I felt proud that he was president,
and I felt proud that he was from the South.
In the space of a week, I had come face-to-face
with two men who had guaranteed themselves a place in history
They came from the same region.
They were from the same political party.
They were both governors of adjoining states.
But they looked at the world in very different ways.
It was clear to me
that one was right and one was wrong.
Wallace had built his political career
by exploiting divisions between us.
Carter's message, on the other hand,
was that we are all bond together, every one of us.
Each had made a journey
that led them to the values that they lived by,
but it wasn't just about their experiences
or their circumstances;
it had to come from within.
My own journey in life was just beginning.
I hadn't even applied for college yet at that point.
For you graduates, the process of discovering yourself,
of inventing yourself, of reinventing yourself
is about to begin in earnest.
It's about finding your values and committing to live by them.
You have to find your North Star.
And that means choices.
Some are easy.
Some are hard.
And some will make you question everything.
20 years after my visit to Washington,
I met someone who made me question everything,
who upended all of my assumptions
in the very best way.
That was Steve Jobs.
[cheers and applause]
Steve had built a successful company,
he had been sent away,
and he returned to find it in ruins.
He didn't know it at the time,
but he was about to dedicate the rest of his life
to rescuing it and leading it to heights
greater than anyone could ever imagine.
Anyone, that is, except for Steve.
Most people have forgotten, but in 1997 and early 1998,
Apple had been adrift for years, rudderless.
But Steve thought Apple could be great again,
and he wanted to know if I'd like to help.
His vision for Apple
was a company that turned powerful technology
into tools that were easy to use,
tools that would help people realize their dreams
and change the world for the better.
I had studied to be an engineer and earned an MBA.
I was trained to be pragmatic, a problem solver.
Now I found myself sitting before and listening to this very animated 40-something guy
with visions of changing the world.
It was not what I had expected.
You see, when it came to my career,
in 1998, I was also adrift, rudderless.
I knew who I was in my personal life,
and I kept my eye on my North Star,
my responsibility to do good for someone else other than myself
But at work, well,
I always figured that work was work.
Values had their place,
and, yes, there were things that I wanted to change about the world
but I thought I had to do that on my own time,
not in the office.
Steve didn't see it that way.
He was an idealist.
And in that way, he reminded me of how I felt as a teenager.
In that first meeting, he convinced me
that if we worked hard and made great products,
we, too, could help change the world.
And to my surprise, I was hooked.
I took the job and changed my life.
It's been 17 years, and I have never once looked back.
At Apple, we believe the work should be more
than just about improving your own self.
It's about improving the lives of others as well.
Our products do amazing things.
And just as Steve envisioned,
they empower people all over the world--
people who are blind
and need information read to them because they can't see the screen,
people for whom technology is a lifeline
because they're isolated by distance or disability,
people who witness injustice and want to expose it,
and now they can,
because they have a camera in their pocket all the time.
[cheers and applause]
Our commitment goes beyond the products themselves
to how they're made,
to our impact on the environment,
to the role we play in demanding and promoting equality
and in improving education.
We believe that a company that has values and acts on them
can really change the world.
And an individual can too.
That can be you.
That must be you.
Graduates, your values matter.
They are your North Star.
And work takes on new meaning
when you feel you're pointed in the right direction.
Otherwise, it's just a job,
and life is too short for that.
We need the best and brightest of your generation
to lead in government and in business,
in the science and in the arts,
in journalism and in academia.
There's honor in all of these pursuits.
And there's opportunity to do work
that's infused with moral purpose.
You don't have to choose
between doing good and doing well.
It's a false choice, today more than ever.
Your challenge is to find work that pays the rent,
puts food on the table,
and lets you do what is right and good and just.
[applause]
So find your North Star.
Let it guide you in life and work
and in your life's work.
Now, I suspect
some of you aren't buying this.
[laughter]
I won't take it personally.
It's no surprise that people are skeptical,
especially here in Washington,
where these days, you've got plenty of reason to be.
And a healthy amount of skepticism is fine,
though too often in this town, it turns to cynicism,
to the idea that no matter who's talking
or what they're saying,
that their motives are questionable,
their character is suspect, and, if you search hard enough,
you can prove that they're lying.
Maybe that's just the world we live in.
But, graduates, this is your world to change.
As I said, I'm a proud son of the South.
It's my home, and I'll always love it.
But for the last 17 years,
I've built a life in Silicon Valley.
It's a special place
the kind of place where there's no problem that can't be solved,
no matter how difficult or complex.
That's part of its essential quality,
a very sincere sort of optimism.
Back in the '90s, Apple ran an advertising campaign
we called "Think Different."
It was pretty simple.
Every ad was a photograph of one of our heroes,
people who had the audacity
to challenge and change the way we all live,
people like Gandhi and Jackie Robinson,
Martha Graham and Albert Einstein,
Amelia Earhart and Miles Davis.
These people still inspire us.
They remind us to live by our deepest values
and reach for our highest aspirations.
They make us believe that anything is possible.
A friend of mine at Apple likes to say
the best way to solve a problem
is to walk into a room full of Apple engineers
and proclaim, "This is impossible."
[laughter]
I can tell you, they will not accept that.
And neither should you.
So that's the one thing I'd like to bring to you
all the way from Cupertino, California
the idea that great progress is possible,
whatever line of work you choose.
There will always be cynics and critics on the sidelines
tearing people down,
and just as harmful are those people with good intentions who make no contribution at all
In his letter from the Birmingham jail,
Dr. King wrote that our society needed to repent
not merely for the hateful words of the bad people
but for the appalling silence of the good people.
[applause]
The sidelines are not where you want to live your life.
The world needs you in the arena.
There are problems that need to be solved,
injustices that need to be ended,
people that are still being persecuted,
diseases still in need of cure.
No matter what you do next,
the world needs your energy, your passion,
your impatience with progress.
Don't shrink from risk.
And tune out those critics and cynics.
History rarely yields to one person,
but think and never forget what happens when it does.
That can be you.
That should be you.
That must be you.
[applause]
Congratulations, Class of 2015.
I'd like to take one photo of you,
'cause this is the best view in the world.
[laughter]
[applause]
And it's a great one.
Thank you very much.
[cheers and applause]
Ladies and gentlemen,
our commencement speaker, Dr. Tim Cook.
[cheers and applause]
Thank you. Thank you.
Hello, GW.
[cheers and applause]
Thank you very much, President Knapp, for that kind intro.
Alex, trustees, faculty and deans of the university,
my fellow honorees,
and especially you, the class of 2015. Yes.
[applause]
Congratulations to you, to your family,
to your friends that are attending today's ceremony.
You made it.
It's a privilege, a rare privilege of a lifetime
to be with you today.
And I can't thank you enough for making me an honorary Colonel.
[applause]
Before I begin today,
they asked me to make a standard announcement.
You've heard this before,
about silencing your phones.
[laughter]
So those of you with an iPhone,
just place it in silent mode.
If you don't have an iPhone,
please pass it to the center aisle.
[laughter]
Apple has a world-class recycling program.
[laughter]
Each had made a journey
that led them to the values that they lived by,
but it wasn't just about their experiences
or their circumstances;
it had to come from within.
And a healthy amount of skepticism is fine,
though too often in this town, it turns to cynicism,
to the idea that no matter who's talking
or what they're saying,
that their motives are questionable,
their character is suspect, and, if you search hard enough,

and I'm not talking about "Game of Thrones,"
but a horrifying, real-life drama
that's proved too fascinating to turn off.
It's a show produced by murderers
and shared around the world via the Internet.
Their names have become familiar:
James Foley, Steven Sotloff, David Haines, Alan Henning, Peter Kassig,
Haruna Yukawa, Kenji Goto Jogo.
Their beheadings by the Islamic State
were barbaric,
but if we think they were archaic,
from a remote, obscure age,
then we're wrong.
They were uniquely modern,
because the murderers acted knowing well
that millions of people would tune in to watch.
The headlines called them savages and barbarians,
because the image of one man overpowering another,
killing him with a knife to the throat,
conforms to our idea of ancient, primitive practices,
the polar opposite of our urban, civilized ways.
We don't do things like that.
But that's the irony.
We think a beheading has nothing to do with us,
even as we click on the screen to watch.
But it is to do with us.
The Islamic State beheadings
are not ancient or remote.
They're a global, 21st century event,
a 21st century event that takes place in our living rooms, at our desks,
on our computer screens.
They're entirely dependent on the power of technology to connect us.
And whether we like it or not,
everyone who watches is a part of the show.
And lots of people watch.
We don't know exactly how many.
Obviously, it's difficult to calculate.
But a poll taken in the UK, for example, in August 2014,
estimated that 1.2 million people
had watched the beheading of James Foley
in the few days after it was released.
And that's just the first few days,
and just Britain.
A similar poll taken in the United States
in November 2014
found that nine percent of those surveyed
had watched beheading videos,
and a further 23 percent
had watched the videos but had stopped just before the death was shown.
Nine percent may be a small minority of all the people who could watch,
but it's still a very large crowd.
And of course that crowd is growing all the time,
because every week, every month,
more people will keep downloading and keep watching.
If we go back 11 years,
before sites like YouTube and Facebook were born,
it was a similar story.
When innocent civilians like Daniel Pearl,
Nick Berg, Paul Johnson, were beheaded,
those videos were shown during the Iraq War.
Nick Berg's beheading
quickly became one of the most searched for items on the Internet.
Within a day, it was the top search term
across search engines like Google, Lycos, Yahoo.
In the week after Nick Berg's beheading,
these were the top 10 search terms in the United States.
The Berg beheading video remained the most popular search term for a week,
and it was the second most popular search term for the whole month of May,
runner-up only to "American Idol."
The al-Qaeda-linked website that first showed Nick Berg's beheading
had to close down within a couple of days due to overwhelming traffic to the site.
One Dutch website owner said that his daily viewing figures
rose from 300,000 to 750,000
every time a beheading in Iraq was shown.
He told reporters 18 months later
that it had been downloaded many millions of times,
and that's just one website.
A similar pattern was seen again and again
when videos of beheadings were released during the Iraq War.
Social media sites have made these images more accessible than ever before,
but if we take another step back in history,
we'll see that it was the camera that first created a new kind of crowd
in our history of beheadings as public spectacle.
As soon as the camera appeared on the scene,
a full lifetime ago on June 17, 1939,
it had an immediate and unequivocal effect.
That day, the first film of a public beheading was created in France.
It was the execution, the guillotining, of a German serial killer, Eugen Weidmann,
outside the prison Saint-Pierre in Versailles.
Weidmann was due to be executed at the crack of dawn,
as was customary at the time,
but his executioner was new to the job,
and he'd underestimated how long it would take him to prepare.
So Weidmann was executed at 4:30 in the morning,
by which time on a June morning,
there was enough light to take photographs,
and a spectator in the crowd filmed the event,
unbeknownst to the authorities.
Several still photographs were taken as well,
and you can still watch the film online today
and look at the photographs.
The crowd on the day of Weidmann's execution
was called "unruly" and "disgusting" by the press,
but that was nothing compared to the untold thousands of people
who could now study the action
over and over again,
freeze-framed in every detail.
The camera may have made these scenes more accessible than ever before,
but it's not just about the camera.
If we take a bigger leap back in history,
we'll see that for as long as there have been
public judicial executions and beheadings,
there have been the crowds to see them.
In London, as late as the early 19th century,
there might be four or five thousand people to see a standard hanging.
There could be 40,000 or 50,000 to see a famous criminal killed.
And a beheading, which was a rare event in England at the time,
attracted even more.
In May 1820,
five men known as the Cato Street Conspirators
were executed in London for plotting
to assassinate members of the British government.
They were hung and then decapitated.
It was a gruesome scene.
Each man's head was hacked off in turn and held up to the crowd.
And 100,000 people,
that's 10,000 more than can fit into Wembley Stadium,
had turned out to watch.
The streets were packed.
People had rented out windows and rooftops.
People had climbed onto carts and wagons in the street.
People climbed lamp posts.
People had been known to have died in the crush on popular execution days.
Evidence suggests that throughout our history
of public beheadings and public executions,
the vast majority of the people who come to see
are either enthusiastic or, at best, unmoved.
Disgust has been comparatively rare,
and even when people are disgusted and are horrified,
it doesn't always stop them from coming out all the same to watch.
Perhaps the most striking example
of the human ability to watch a beheading and remain unmoved
and even be disappointed
was the introduction in France in 1792 of the guillotine,
that famous decapitation machine.
To us in the 21st century,
the guillotine may seem like a monstrous contraption,
but to the first crowds who saw it, it was actually a disappointment.
They were used to seeing long, drawn-out, torturous executions on the scaffold,
where people were mutilated and burned and pulled apart slowly.
To them, watching the guillotine in action,
it was so quick, there was nothing to see.
The blade fell, the head fell into a basket, out of sight immediately,
and they called out,
"Give me back my gallows, give me back my wooden gallows."
The end of torturous public judicial executions in Europe and America
was partly to do with being more humane towards the criminal,
but it was also partly because the crowd obstinately refused to behave
in the way that they should.
All too often, execution day
was more like a carnival than a solemn ceremony.
Today, a public judicial execution in Europe or America is unthinkable,
but there are other scenarios that should make us cautious
about thinking that things are different now
and we don't behave like that anymore.
Take, for example, the incidents of suicide baiting.
This is when a crowd gathers
to watch a person who has climbed to the top of a public building
in order to kill themselves,
and people in the crowd shout and jeer,
"Get on with it! Go on and jump!"
This is a well-recognized phenomenon.
One paper in 1981 found that in 10 out of 21 threatened suicide attempts,
there was incidents of suicide baiting and jeering from a crowd.
And there have been incidents reported in the press this year.
This was a very widely reported incident
in Telford and Shropshire in March this year.
And when it happens today,
people take photographs and they take videos on their phones
and they post those videos online.
When it comes to brutal murderers who post their beheading videos,
the Internet has created a new kind of crowd.
Today, the action takes place in a distant time and place,
which gives the viewer a sense of detachment from what's happening,
a sense of separation.
It's nothing to do with me.
It's already happened.
We are also offered an unprecedented sense of intimacy.
Today, we are all offered front row seats.
We can all watch in private, in our own time and space,
and no one need ever know that we've clicked on the screen to watch.
This sense of separation --
from other people, from the event itself --
seems to be key to understanding our ability to watch,
and there are several ways
in which the Internet creates a sense of detachment
that seems to erode individual moral responsibility.
Our activities online are often contrasted with real life,
as though the things we do online are somehow less real.
We feel less accountable for our actions
when we interact online.
There's a sense of anonymity, a sense of invisibility,
so we feel less accountable for our behavior.
The Internet also makes it far easier to stumble upon things inadvertently,
things that we would usually avoid in everyday life.
Today, a video can start playing before you even know what you're watching.
Or you may be tempted to look at material that you wouldn't look at in everyday life
or you wouldn't look at if you were with other people at the time.
And when the action is pre-recorded
and takes place in a distant time and space,
watching seems like a passive activity.
There's nothing I can do about it now.
It's already happened.
All these things make it easier as an Internet user
for us to give in to our sense of curiosity about death,
to push our personal boundaries,
to test our sense of shock, to explore our sense of shock.
But we're not passive when we watch.
On the contrary, we're fulfilling the murderer's desire to be seen.
When the victim of a decapitation is bound and defenseless,
he or she essentially becomes a pawn in their killer's show.
Unlike a trophy head that's taken in battle,
that represents the luck and skill it takes to win a fight,
when a beheading is staged,
when it's essentially a piece of theater,
the power comes from the reception the killer receives as he performs.
In other words, watching is very much part of the event.
The event no longer takes place in a single location
at a certain point in time as it used to and as it may still appear to.
Now the event is stretched out in time and place,
and everyone who watches plays their part.
We should stop watching,
but we know we won't.
History tells us we won't,
and the killers know it too.
Thank you.
(Applause)
Bruno Giussani: Thank you. Let me get this back. Thank you.
Let's move here. While they install for the next performance,
I want to ask you the question that probably many here have,
which is how did you get interested in this topic?
Frances Larson: I used to work at a museum
called the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford,
which was famous for its display of shrunken heads from South America.
People used to say, "Oh, the shrunken head museum, the shrunken head museum!"
And at the time, I was working on the history
of scientific collections of skulls.
I was working on the cranial collections,
and it just struck me as ironic
that here were people coming to see this gory, primitive, savage culture
that they were almost fantasizing about and creating
without really understanding what they were seeing,
and all the while these vast -- I mean hundreds of thousands
of skulls in our museums, all across Europe and the States --
were kind of upholding this Enlightenment pursuit of scientific rationality.
So I wanted to kind of twist it round and say, "Let's look at us."
We're looking through the glass case at these shrunken heads.
Let's look at our own history and our own cultural fascination with these things.
BG: Thank you for sharing that.
FL: Thank you.
(Applause)

Three broad reasons come to mind. Inappropriate skill sets, Government

Youth unemployment may partially be the result of a mismatch between the
skills young adults <span style="color:#F0F000">possess </span>and the skills employers require of their workers.
Younger individuals already have less experience and training.
But even people with college degrees may find that they do not possess the
appropriate skills for the jobs employers are looking to fill.
Government can <span style="color:#F0F000">subsidize </span>education and send more people to school through
<span style="color:#F0F000">loans and grants</span>, but this does not <span style="color:#F0F000">guarantee </span>future employment.
Second, government regulations and taxes may also be part of the problem.
Things like minimum <span style="color:#F0F000">wage </span>laws, overtime pay mandates, payroll taxes, health
care regulations and unemployment insurance all make it more costly to employ
labor.
When it is more costly for firms to hire workers employers hire fewer
workers. Some of these costs may not be immediately obvious.
Take, for example, laws that make it more difficult for firms to hire and
fire workers as they see fit.
Why could this cause more unemployment?
Compare it to dating. Imagine that any <span style="color:#F0F000">blind date</span> you went on had to result
in marriage.
Would you ever go on a blind date? I doubt it.
Same goes for a company that's interested in hiring more workers but worries
about not being able to fire a new employee if they're not working out.
They won't want to take chances.
So firms are particularly <span style="color:#F0F000">reluctant </span>to hire young workers who lack experience
and do not have an employment record to prove that they're reliable.
Finally, there are many reasons for employers to feel uncertain about the
future.
For example, we're experiencing a slow economic recovery after a major
<span style="color:#F0F000">financial crisis</span>.
Further, consider something like health care reform.
The recent health care bill is very long and there is much debate and
unanswered questions about what its ultimate impacts on the cost of labor may
be.
All this creates uncertainty, which makes employers more cautious in hiring
workers.
These three reasons, mismatch of skills, regulation, and uncertainty,
are three potential reasons are three potential reasons why many young people
are having a hard time finding work right now.
Each of these three reasons has one factor in common: government.
Interventions haven't helped things and they have likely made things worse.
The unemployed would be better served if government stepped out of the
picture and allowed economic growth and a free market to create more jobs and
prosperity.

Hey guys. Julia here for DNews
According to a study by the Department of Education and the National Institute of <span style="color:#0000F0">Literacy</span>
32 million American adults can’t read. More than most developed nations, so what’s going on?
Is our education system failing us? Or is it our language?
Here in the states most students begin to learn to read in kindergarten, learning the
alphabet, turning those letters into sounds and then working their way up to whole words.
But learning to read is a very long complicated process.
One of the keys to being able to read is Automatic word processing. It’s basically how the
brain decides a group of symbols is actually a word within milliseconds.
One study published in the journal Developmental Science found that this process happens around
fourth and fifth grade. But for some the process is much longer.
Researchers had participants look at a list of words, fake words that looked like real words,
and strings of random symbols. They found that for most people, no matter their
age knew the difference between real words and not. But after placing an electrode cap
on participants heads, the researchers learned how people subconsciously react to words and symbols.
They found that college kids could instantly tell the difference but surprisingly
elementary school students still respond to random symbols as words even as late as 5th grade.
So this experiment was designed to test Automatic word processing. So your brain reads these symbols as words,
which it reads not based on its individual parts or letters,
but based on how it looks as a whole. You’ve seen that mean going around, that if all the letters are
mixed up in a word you can still read it. While most of that post is just Internet baloney,
it does have some truth to it. Your brain can read words as a single object
rather than a string of letters put together.
A study published in the Journal of Neuroscience found that there’s a small area of the brain,
on the left side of the visual cortex, that can “read” words. Basically
this part of the brain sits right next to the part that recognizes faces. So one area of the
visual cortex can quickly identify a face, another can quickly read a word.
But when is the best time to learn to read? Well there’s a crucial window between kindergarten and third grade.
Research published in the journal Psychological Science found that
the amount of white matter growth in the temporoparietal region during that window strongly predicted
how well that kid would learn to read. It didn’t matter so much as to what their home life
was like or their genetic predisposition was. This area of the brain is super important
for things like phonological processing, speech, and reading. One of the lead researchers,
Fumiko Hoeft, thinks that if the growth in this part of the brain doesn’t happen at the right time,
the kid could have problems with reading.
But the problem with our <span style="color:#0000F0">literacy rate</span> might have more to do with our language than with
our educational system or our brains. English is one of the most <span style="color:#0000F0">irregular </span>languages. Words
more often break rules than <span style="color:#0000F0">conform</span>. So learning to read and write becomes a matter of memorizing
words which can take years and years. Other languages it can only take a year, because
they have a written language that follows rules. So if a person comes across a new word
they haven’t heard before, they can pretty much <span style="color:#0000F0">figure out</span> how to spell it.
In English, "read" and "read" mean two different things but are spelled the exact same way.
COME ON ENGLISH WHY. <span style="color:#0000F0">Apparently </span>I am not the only one who questions this, from
Benjamin Franklin’s phonetic alphabet to an entirely new system called Unspell which
looks like squiggly lines to me, there’s been plenty of <span style="color:#0000F0">attempts </span>to reform the written language
over the years. Will it happen anytime soon? Probably not.
Speaking of reading, while it may be one of the best pastimes around, it’s sometimes
considered one of the most dangerous. In Nazi Germany, thousands of books were burned in
an attempt to control the minds of their people. To find out about a touching memorial to all
the lost books, check out this great episode from our sister show Seeker.
So what do you think? Is English due for an overhaul? What was it like for you when you
<div class="long_string">first learned how to read? Tell us about it down at the comments below. Don't forget to hit those likes and subscribe buttons and keep coming back to DNews. We've got a new episode everyday of the week.</div>

I want to talk a little bit today
about labor and work.
When we think about how people work,
the naive intuition we have
is that people are like rats in a maze --
that all people care about is money,
and the moment we give people money,
we can direct them to work one way,
we can direct them to work another way.
This is why we give bonuses to bankers and pay in all kinds of ways.
And we really have this incredibly simplistic view
of why people work and what the labor market looks like.
At the same time, if you think about it,
there's all kinds of strange behaviors in the world around us.
Think about something like mountaineering and mountain climbing.
If you read books of people who climb mountains, difficult mountains,
do you think that those books are full of moments of joy and happiness?
No, they are full of misery.
In fact, it's all about frostbite and difficulty to walk
and difficulty of breathing --
cold, challenging circumstances.
And if people were just trying to be happy,
the moment they would get to the top,
they would say, "This was a terrible mistake.
I'll never do it again."
(Laughter)
"Instead, let me sit on a beach somewhere drinking mojitos."
But instead, people go down,
and after they recover, they go up again.
And if you think about mountain climbing as an example,
it suggests all kinds of things.
It suggests that we care about reaching the end, a peak.
It suggests that we care about the fight, about the challenge.
It suggests that there's all kinds of other things
that motivate us to work or behave in all kinds of ways.
And for me personally, I started thinking about this
after a student came to visit me.
This was a student that was one of my students a few years earlier.
And he came one day back to campus.
And he told me the following story:
He said that for more than two weeks, he was working on a PowerPoint presentation.
He was working in a big bank.
This was in preparation for a merger and acquisition.
And he was working very hard on this presentation --
graphs, tables, information.
He stayed late at night every day.
And the day before it was due,
he sent his PowerPoint presentation to his boss,
and his boss wrote him back and said,
"Nice presentation, but the merger is canceled."
And the guy was deeply depressed.
Now at the moment when he was working,
he was actually quite happy.
Every night he was enjoying his work,
he was staying late, he was perfecting this PowerPoint presentation.
But knowing that nobody would ever watch that made him quite depressed.
So I started thinking about how do we experiment
with this idea of the fruits of our labor.
And to start with, we created a little experiment
in which we gave people Legos, and we asked them to build with Legos.
And for some people, we gave them Legos and we said,
"Hey, would you like to build this Bionicle for three dollars?
We'll pay you three dollars for it."
And people said yes, and they built with these Legos.
And when they finished, we took it, we put it under the table,
and we said, "Would you like to build another one, this time for $2.70?"
If they said yes, we gave them another one.
And when they finished, we asked them,
"Do you want to build another one?" for $2.40, $2.10, and so on,
until at some point people said, "No more. It's not worth it for me."
This was what we called the meaningful condition.
People built one Bionicle after another.
After they finished every one of them, we put them under the table.
And we told them that at the end of the experiment,
we will take all these Bionicles, we will disassemble them,
we will put them back in the boxes, and we will use it for the next participant.
There was another condition.
This other condition was inspired by David, my student.
And this other condition we called the Sisyphic condition.
And if you remember the story about Sisyphus,
Sisyphus was punished by the gods to push the same rock up a hill,
and when he almost got to the end,
the rock would roll over, and he would have to start again.
And you can think about this as the essence of doing futile work.
You can imagine that if he pushed the rock on different hills,
at least he would have some sense of progress.
Also, if you look at prison movies,
sometimes the way that the guards torture the prisoners
is to get them to dig a hole
and when the prisoner is finished, they ask him to fill the hole back up and then dig again.
There's something about this cyclical version
of doing something over and over and over
that seems to be particularly demotivating.
So in the second condition of this experiment, that's exactly what we did.
We asked people, "Would you like to build one Bionicle for three dollars?"
And if they said yes, they built it.
Then we asked them, "Do you want to build another one for $2.70?"
And if they said yes, we gave them a new one,
and as they were building it,
we took apart the one that they just finished.
And when they finished that,
we said, "Would you like to build another one, this time for 30 cents less?"
And if they said yes, we gave them the one that they built and we broke.
So this was an endless cycle
of them building and us destroying in front of their eyes.
Now what happens when you compare these two conditions?
The first thing that happened
was that people built many more Bionicles -- they built 11 versus seven --
in the meaningful condition versus the Sisyphus condition.
And by the way, we should point out that this was not a big meaning.
People were not curing cancer or building bridges.
People were building Bionicles for a few cents.
And not only that, everybody knew that the Bionicles would be destroyed quite soon.
So there was not a real opportunity for big meaning.
But even the small meaning made a difference.
Now we had another version of this experiment.
In this other version of the experiment,
we didn't put people in this situation,
we just described to them the situation, much as I am describing to you now,
and we asked them to predict what the result would be.
What happened?
People predicted the right direction but not the right magnitude.
People who were just given the description of the experiment
said that in the meaningful condition people would probably build one more Bionicle.
So people understand that meaning is important,
they just don't understand the magnitude of the importance,
the extent to which it's important.
There was one other piece of data we looked at.
If you think about it, there are some people who love Legos and some people who don't.
And you would speculate that the people who love Legos
will build more Legos, even for less money,
because after all, they get more internal joy from it.
And the people who love Legos less will build less Legos
because the enjoyment that they derive from it is lower.
And that's actually what we found in the meaningful condition.
There was a very nice correlation between love of Lego
and the amount of Legos people built.
What happened in the Sisyphic condition?
In that condition the correlation was zero.
There was no relationship between the love of Lego and how much people built,
which suggests to me that with this manipulation
of breaking things in front of people's eyes,
we basically crushed any joy that they could get out of this activity.
We basically eliminated it.
Soon after I finished running this experiment,
I went to talk to a big software company in Seattle.
I can't tell you who they were, but they were a big company in Seattle.
And this was a group within this software company that was put in a different building.
And they asked them to innovate and create the next big product for this company.
And the week before I showed up,
the CEO of this big software company went to that group, 200 engineers,
and canceled the project.
And I stood there in front of 200 of the most depressed people I've ever talked to.
And I described to them some of these Lego experiments,
and they said they felt like they had just been through that experiment.
And I asked them, I said,
"How many of you now show up to work later than you used to?"
And everybody raised their hand.
I said, "How many of you now go home earlier than you used to?"
And everybody raised their hand.
I asked them, "How many of you now add not-so-kosher things to your expense reports?"
And they didn't really raise their hands,
but they took me out to dinner and showed me what they could do with expense reports.
And then I asked them, I said,
"What could the CEO have done to make you not as depressed?"
And they came up with all kinds of ideas.
They said the CEO could have asked them to present to the whole company
about their journey over the last two years and what they decided to do.
He could have asked them to think about which aspect of their technology
could fit with other parts of the organization.
He could have asked them to build some prototypes, some next-generation prototypes,
and seen how they would work.
But the thing is that any one of those
would require some effort and motivation.
And I think the CEO basically did not understand the importance of meaning.
If the CEO, just like our participants,
thought the essence of meaning is unimportant,
then he [wouldn't] care.
And he would tell them, "At the moment I directed you in this way,
and now that I am directing you in this way,
everything will be okay."
But if you understood how important meaning is,
then you would figure out that it's actually important
to spend some time, energy and effort
in getting people to care more about what they're doing.
The next experiment was slightly different.
We took a sheet of paper with random letters,
and we asked people to find pairs of letters that were identical next to each other.
That was the task.
And people did the first sheet.
And then we asked them if they wanted to do the next sheet for a little bit less money
and the next sheet for a little bit less money, and so on and so forth.
And we had three conditions.
In the first condition, people wrote their name on the sheet,
found all the pairs of letters, gave it to the experimenter.
The experimenter would look at it, scan it from top to bottom,
say "uh huh" and put it on the pile next to them.
In the second condition, people did not write their name on it.
The experimenter looked at it,
took the sheet of paper, did not look at it, did not scan it,
and simply put it on the pile of pages.
So you take a piece, you just put it on the side.
And in the third condition,
the experimenter got the sheet of paper and directly put it into a shredder.
What happened in those three conditions?
In this plot I'm showing you at what pay rate people stopped.
So low numbers mean that people worked harder. They worked for much longer.
In the acknowledged condition, people worked all the way down to 15 cents.
At 15 cents per page, they basically stopped these efforts.
In the shredder condition, it was twice as much -- 30 cents per sheet.
And this is basically the result we had before.
You shred people's efforts, output,
you get them not to be as happy with what they're doing.
But I should point out, by the way,
that in the shredder condition, people could have cheated.
They could have done not so good work,
because they realized that people were just shredding it.
So maybe the first sheet you would do good work,
but then you see nobody is really testing it,
so you would do more and more and more.
So in fact, in the shredder condition,
people could have submitted more work and gotten more money
and put less effort into it.
But what about the ignored condition?
Would the ignored condition be more like the acknowledged or more like the shredder,
or somewhere in the middle?
It turns out it was almost like the shredder.
Now there's good news and bad news here.
The bad news is that ignoring the performance of people
is almost as bad as shredding their effort in front of their eyes.
Ignoring gets you a whole way out there.
The good news is that by simply looking at something that somebody has done,
scanning it and saying "uh huh,"
that seems to be quite sufficient
to dramatically improve people's motivations.
So the good news is that adding motivation doesn't seem to be so difficult.
The bad news is that eliminating motivations
seems to be incredibly easy,
and if we don't think about it carefully, we might overdo it.
So this is all in terms of negative motivation
or eliminating negative motivation.
The next part I want to show you is something about the positive motivation.
So there is a store in the U.S. called IKEA.
And IKEA is a store with kind of okay furniture that takes a long time to assemble.
(Laughter)
And I don't know about you, but every time I assemble one of those,
it takes me much longer, it's much more effortful, it's much more confusing.
I put things in the wrong way.
I can't say enjoy those pieces.
I can't say I enjoy the process.
But when I finish it, I seem to like those IKEA pieces of furniture
more than I like other ones.
And there's an old story about cake mixes.
So when they started cake mixes in the '40s,
they would take this powder and they would put it in a box,
and they would ask housewives to basically pour it in, stir some water in it,
mix it, put it in the oven, and -- voila! -- you had cake.
But it turns out they were very unpopular.
People did not want them.
And they thought about all kinds of reasons for that.
Maybe the taste was not good.
No, the taste was great.
What they figured out was that there was not enough effort involved.
It was so easy that nobody could serve cake to their guests
and say, "Here is my cake."
No, no, no, it was somebody else's cake.
It was as if you bought it in the store.
It didn't really feel like your own.
So what did they do?
They took the eggs and the milk out of the powder.
(Laughter)
Now you had to break the eggs and add them.
You had to measure the milk and add it, mixing it.
Now it was your cake. Now everything was fine.
(Applause)
Now I think a little bit like the IKEA effect,
by getting people to work harder,
they actually got them to love what they're doing to a higher degree.
So how do we look at this question experimentally?
We asked people to build some origami.
We gave them instructions on how to create origami,
and we gave them a sheet of paper.
And these were all novices, and they built something that was really quite ugly --
nothing like a frog or a crane.
But then we told them, we said, "Look, this origami really belongs to us.
You worked for us, but I'll tell you what, we'll sell it to you.
How much do you want to pay for it?"
And we measured how much they were willing to pay for it.
And we had two types of people.
We had the people who built it,
and we had the people who did not build it and just looked at it as external observers.
And what we found was that the builders thought
that these were beautiful pieces of origami,
and they were willing to pay for them five times more
than the people who just evaluated them externally.
Now you could say, if you were a builder,
do you think that, "Oh, I love this origami, but I know that nobody else would love it?"
Or do you think, "I love this origami, and everybody else will love it as well?"
Which one of those two is correct?
Turns out the builders not only loved the origami more,
they thought that everybody would see the world in their view.
They thought everybody else would love it more as well.
In the next version we tried to do the IKEA effect.
We tried to make it more difficult.
So for some people we gave the same task.
For some people we made it harder by hiding the instructions.
At the top of the sheet, we had little diagrams of how do you fold origami.
For some people we just eliminated that.
So now this was tougher. What happened?
Well in an objective way, the origami now was uglier, it was more difficult.
Now when we looked at the easy origami,
we saw the same thing: Builders loved it more, evaluators loved it less.
When you looked at the hard instructions,
the effect was larger.
Why? Because now the builders loved it even more.
They put all this extra effort into it.
And evaluators? They loved it even less.
Because in reality it was even uglier than the first version.
Of course, this tells you something about how we evaluate things.
Now think about kids.
Imagine I asked you, "How much would you sell your kids for?"
Your memories and associations and so on.
Most people would say for a lot, a lot of money --
on good days.
(Laughter)
But imagine this was slightly different.
Imagine if you did not have your kids,
and one day you went to the park and you met some kids,
and they were just like your kids.
And you played with them for a few hours.
And when you were about to leave, the parents said,
"Hey, by the way, just before you leave, if you're interested, they're for sale."
(Laughter)
How much would you pay for them now?
Most people say not that much.
And this is because our kids are so valuable,
not just because of who they are,
but because of us, because they are so connected to us
and because of the time and connection.
And by the way, if you think that IKEA instructions are not good,
think about the instructions that come with kids.
Those are really tough.
(Laughter)
By the way, these are my kids, which, of course, are wonderful and so on.
Which comes to tell you one more thing,
which is, much like our builders,
when they look at the creature of their creation,
we don't see that other people don't see things our way.
Let me say one last comment.
If you think about Adam Smith versus Karl Marx,
Adam Smith had the very important notion of efficiency.
He gave an example of a pin factory.
He said pins have 12 different steps,
and if one person does all 12 steps, production is very low.
But if you get one person to do step one
and one person to do step two and step three and so on,
production can increase tremendously.
And indeed, this is a great example and the reason for the Industrial Revolution and efficiency.
Karl Marx, on the other hand,
said that the alienation of labor is incredibly important
in how people think about the connection to what they are doing.
And if you make all 12 steps, you care about the pin.
But if you make one step every time, maybe you don't care as much.
And I think that in the Industrial Revolution,
Adam Smith was more correct than Karl Marx,
but the reality is that we've switched
and now we're in the knowledge economy.
And you can ask yourself, what happens in a knowledge economy?
Is efficiency still more important than meaning?
I think the answer is no.
I think that as we move to situations
in which people have to decide on their own
about how much effort, attention, caring, how connected they feel to it,
are they thinking about labor on the way to work and in the shower and so on,
all of a sudden Marx has more things to say to us.
So when we think about labor, we usually think about motivation and payment as the same thing,
but the reality is that we should probably add all kinds of things to it --
meaning, creation, challenges, ownership, identity, pride, etc.
And the good news is that if we added all of those components and thought about them,
how do we create our own meaning, pride, motivation,
and how do we do it in our workplace and for the employees,
I think we could get people to both be more productive and happier.
Thank you very much.
(Applause)

(Laughter)
Okay, I'm kidding. But... (Laughter)
Here's the thing.
My wife and I wrote this book,
"Fifty Dangerous Things".
And if the slide guy backstage can get my speaker notes up here,
because there are a couple of numbers that I need to refer to later
and I've already forgotten them.
We wrote this book, and...
A child psychologist in Australia said
that the book was actively encouraging children
to participate in activities
that could scar, mame, and kill. (Laughter)
And this is without ever having seeing the book—
never read it—
he completely missed the point
that the book is actually about safety.
So, (Laughter)
let's look at topic number one
in this book of scar, maming, and killing.
Take something like: (Laughter)
"Lick a 9V battery".
Now, raise your hand
if you have licked a 9V battery.
(Laughter)
Okay, this is a good crowd.
(Laughter)
Okay, raise your hands if you are going to lick one tonight.
(Laughter)
We chose this as the first topic in the book,
because we thought that everybody would have done it.
Wrong!
It turns out
that ideas about the risk of licking a 9V battery
include things like:
death by electrocution, (Laughter)
burn your tongue off, (Laughter)
permanent loss of sense of taste.
And the actual risk:
it's harmless.
According to the Centers for Disease Control,
who track these kinds of household accidents,
there has never been not one single recorded incident
of anyone being injured by licking a 9V battery.
So where did these kinds of
mythic false perceptions come from?
And I think it's pretty easy
to see where they come from these days.
(Laughter)
I don't have to tell you
how much the media loves the story
about a child in peril.
People in Kazakhstan
were watching this story unfold
at 3AM their time.
Is it any wonder
that children in our society are over-protected?
This kind of innundation of stories
about children in peril and danger
creates the illusion
that children are actually in danger.
And our perceptions of risk
are based more on hearsay —
a news media confabulation, really —
than any rational analysis.
And to talk about this —
and this is for you, Eryn —
I've coined a new term.
Dangerism.
I want you to remember this term.
This is based on the word carnism, which was coined by Melanie Joy
in her book, "Why We Eat Pigs, Ride Horses and... Pet Dogs".
I've screwed that up. Sorry, Melanie.
But it turns out
that our family histories and our cultural context,
and our personal experiences in childhood and so forth
have more to do with how we perceive danger
than the actual measurable risks involved.
And like our phobias and our choices
about which animals to eat,
there may be no rational basis for this,
and this has gotten to the point
where our fears are so tainted
by this exposure to the media,
that the top five things parents are worried about
in regards to their children —
and you'll notice ninjas aren't on here —
(Laughter)
do not overlap at all
with the five things that children in America
are actually dying of.
And what is so criminal about this
is that the thousands of hours we spend talking to children
about stranger danger
would be so much better spent
encouraging them to get outside,
doing family interventions,
teaching them how to swim.
None of these things make for glamorous news stories.
So to combat this avalanche of unfounded fears
and equip children to better handle
the real risks of the real world,
I present for you:
"Five More Dangerous Things you should let your children do."
We can counter this rampant fear-mongering
by deliberately creating opportunities for children
to learn to recognize and mitigate risk.
And here they come.
Number one: walk to school.
Car accidents
are the number one cause of death for children in the United States.
And you can reduce that risk greatly
simply by reducing the amount of time spent in cars.
The number one fear of parents in this country
is kidnapping.
Kidnapping by a non family member
doesn't even make the top five thousand things
that harm children,
but study showed that children who walk to school
are better judges of character,
have better situational awareness,
and so are therefore less likely to be victimized.
And the habit of walking pays dividents over a lifetime:
improved memory, consistent exercise habits,
independence, and a long-lasting sense of well-being.
Number two: climb trees.
When children engage with natural play structures,
they exhibit greater cognitive engagement —
this is a classic study out of Germany —
more attention is paid to the activity.
And unlike a jungle gym,
the tree requires you to figure out
how to climb each moment of it.
Each spot in a tree is unique
and presents a unique set of challenges.
The child must also take and demonstrate
responsibility for themselves
as they ascend up there,
out of reach of their parents.
And there's this unique sense of freedom
that comes from being up in the top of a tree.
Number three: burn things with a magnifying glass.
(Laughter)
Children learn early
that the sun is the source of power
for almost all life on Earth.
We get that in grammar school.
But until they have a chance to harness and direct it,
it's really difficult to build an intuitive sense
of just how much power there is in sunlight.
It's also a great self-directed way
for them new explore —
discover what burns and what doesn't —
and if you're worried about fire,
give them a water bottle.
Refraction is less intuitive than reflection,
and playing with the lens
helps children integrate that concept.
Number four: make a bomb in a bag.
(Laughter)
We are composed of chemical compounds,
surrounded by chemical compounds,
and consuming chemical compounds.
But we don't often have the chance to play with chemistry
just for the sake of exploration.
A simple chemical reaction
that we can experiment with
provides the conceptual foundation
for deeper understanding
of the elemental nature of our world.
Home chemistry sets have all but disappeared,
and schools right now are banning
the baking soda vinegar volcano,
so you have to create this opportunity for your children at home.
Making a small explosion
is a great way
for kids to get a handle on the concepts of chemistry,
and messing with the proportions is a great way
to experience the scientific method.
And last but not least,
number five: super-glue your fingers together.
(Laughter)
A temporary disability
can help us better appreciate
our physical condition.
Necessity is the mother of invention,
and having to figure out
how to open a jar of peanut butter
without your thumb (Laughter)
forces us to be creative.
Done for an hour or more,
your brain actually
builds a new kinesthetic map of your abilities
to accommodate this limitation.
And when the glue comes off,
there will be this moment
where their usual abilities seem unusual to the child.
The most effective way to keep children safe
is to give them a little taste of danger.
Thank you so much. (Applause)
(Applause)
I don't have a lot of time.
I prepared 18 minutes of presentation;

But how can mere mortals get through more?</p><p>Harriet Klausner - a school librarian who died last year - was either one of history's greatest speed-readers or someone somewhat economical with the truth. </p><p>Klausner clocked up a staggering 31,014 Amazon book reviews, sometimes reading six books a day. But not everyone could accept that feat, with a group of critics forming to debunk her claims. </p><p>The speed-reader defended herself by pointing out that some of the romance novels she reviewed were so short and simple they could be polished off in an hour. And Klausner offered a simple explanation for her enthusiasm: "If a book doesn't hold my interest by page 50, I'll stop reading," she told the Wall Street Journal.</p><figure class="media-landscape no-caption full-width"></div>

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="long_string">卡拉OK聚會上,夏天提到她認為愛情不存在。 <br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14a9ebee1.jpg?v=1258951850"><br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14b3d2004.jpg?v=1258951860"><br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14b72c5be.jpg?v=1258951863"><br />
<br />
<div class="long_string">閉關好一段時間後,湯姆終於回到公司上班。 <br /></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="long_string">相遇的第五百個日子。 <br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
.....嗎?<br />
<br />
<br />
"很高興認識妳,我叫湯姆"<br />
<br />
"我叫秋天"<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
================================<br />
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14a061a3d.jpg?v=1258951840"><br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14b27b461.jpg?v=1258951858"><br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14a6024d9.jpg?v=1258951846"><br />
<br />
<div class="long_string">電影開端就說,這不是一部愛情電影。 <br /></div>
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14ab431f8.jpg?v=1258951852"><br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
"你只看見好的一面"<br />
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14b2efe22.jpg?v=1258951859"><br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<img src="http://pic.pimg.tw/luketsu/4b0a14b5063a1.jpg?v=1258951862"><br />
<br />
<br /></div>
<br />
<br /></div>
